How much is delivery?

Delivery is free on every UK order, with no minimum spend.

How long will my order take?

Orders ship from our UK warehouse within 1–3 working days and usually arrive 3–7 working days after that. You'll get a tracking link by email.

Will it arrive in time for Christmas?

Order by 12 December for the best chance of Christmas delivery.

Do your electrical items come with UK plugs?

Yes. All our mains-powered products are supplied for UK use. Some products, such as our motion sensor lights and fabric shaver, charge by USB.

Can I return something?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery. Faulty items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you. See our Returns & Refunds page for details.

Is the heated throw safe to leave on?

It has overheat protection and an auto-off timer you can set from 1 to 12 hours. Always follow the care instructions, and don't use it folded or bunched up.

Is the massager suitable for everyone?

It's not recommended during pregnancy or for anyone with a pacemaker. If you have a medical condition, check with your GP first.
