We want you to be happy with your order. If something's arrived faulty, damaged, or wrong, we'll sort it quickly.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
Email us at cobellis47@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll get back to you within [1–2] business days with a refund or replacement — no need to send the item back.

Change of mind
Since we're a small team working with a lean supply chain, we're currently unable to offer returns for change of mind. If you're unsure about an item before ordering, feel free to email us at cobellis47@gmail.com and we're happy to answer any questions first.

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method and usually show up within [3–5] business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
