Our 30-day returns promise

If you're not happy with your order, you have 30 days from delivery to let us know. This is longer than the 14 days required by UK law.

Faulty, damaged or wrong item?

Email cobellis47@gmail.com with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer, and you won't pay a penny for postage.

Changed your mind?

No problem. Email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send you the return address. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by you, and we recommend a tracked service.

Refunds

Once we've received your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 5 working days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Your legal rights

None of this affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
